Due to weather conditions and harvesting supplies on fresh seafood, pricing is subject to change. Fisherman’s Fleet also reserves the right to substitutes product of equal or greater value without notice.

Delivery Information
Fisherman’s Fleet, Inc. guarantees all products to arrive extremely fresh. We use FedEx to deliver our products.
Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. No Monday or Sunday Delivery. All Saturday deliveries are subject to extra charges.

Shipping Choices
The majority of our deliveries are shipped FedEx overnight.
We also offer airport to airport shipping. (You can pick up your seafood at your nearest airport.)

How will the package be delivered?
All live lobsters will be delivered FedEx overnight. FedEx can send fresh seafood overnight or two-day delivery, your choice.

What if there is a problem with delivery and I do not receive the package?
Simply call the toll-free number and ask for a mail order representative. We will track your package and get back to you with all the details. If you do not receive the package, we will refund all your money or reship at a better time.

How are the seafood and lobsters packaged?
All seafood is packaged in specially designed insulated foam boxes with frozen gel packs. No ice or dry ice is used. The foam box is set in a corrugated box to meet federal requirements.

What is the package delivery time?
Between 11 AM and 5 PM.

Does someone have to be home to receive the package?
No, unless it is going to an apartment or apartment complex. If there is no one there (at the apartment complex) to receive the package, it will not be left.

Are the lobsters from Maine?
Yes, all lobsters are from Northern Maine.

Which do you recommend: live or cooked lobsters?
Many people enjoy the live lobster experience. If you choose cooked lobsters, we use professional steamers to lock in the great taste of the sweet lobster meat. Live or cooked is simply a matter of preference.

Are the lobsters hard shell or new shell?
Always hard shell.

Why do the lobsters and steamers come in a red mesh bag?
The red mesh bags are easy for handling. The lobsters and steamers are packaged individually in the bags, which can then be put directly into the boiling water.

I want to send a gift. Should I send a gift certificate or the actual product?
We recommend a gift certificate with a personal card. This way the recipient can redeem the product at their leisure.
